had an agreed upon price, he doubled it without notifying me, was told cheque would be ready for sale of house by 5 to be there. waited till after 6 he still hadn't even done the paper work. needless to say cheque was never ready. no communication at all about charges bad communication between him and his secretary. when talking to him about our agreed upon fee he asks me if i got it in writing. which off course he didn't put it in writing. never use him.
