Mr.Van De Klute has a great smile hand shake for the legal aid certificates, a great location for family/criminal law as it is/was always the closet law firm to the criminal/family court itself, location was/is biggest asset to his firm, hence the reason he has a "overwhelming" case load , his CAS clients especially with HSCAS feel that he has a long remand rate & tends to force clients into long expensive exhausting bouts with CAS ,intern parents family's all at feud with CAS & each other. he insists on siding with CAS/ opposition /remanding a substantial# of his clients claim that if you want to file serious motions with merit to your claims such as the immediate return of your child, contempt of court or child endangerment charges, he threatens to walk off the job & does if those insist on legitimacy well being.do not let him dictate the conversations affidavits ,intern your entire case. so many pay but most of all the children subjected to both risk & prolonged alienation.
