June 2016 I was buying a parcel of land from someone who wanted to use Bryan milks as the lawyer for the closing. We called several times to the office to close after months of no response. The miserable secretary would never return our phone calls when she said she would. Finally on the closing date we noticed the total was 8000 or so more then it should have been. The secretary just goes oops ok. Then they state that I would have to pay taxes for the year to close it out of the property the taxes were 700 dollars off as well. We then corrected this. Then I actually get a taxes bill from the county. So I call up the secretary and explain this and she acts like she forgot about the whole thing and said she would call us back. Again I had to keep calling and hounding them to return my money that they falsely took from me for taxes they did not pay. It took a month to get the check that she said she sent right out. Also on the closing they forgot to add . Max words...cut short
