Todd has been my lawyer for the last 5 years , he is passionate about his work and believes in fairness and justice , even though my situation is unique him and his assistant Carm , work extremely hard to find the right solutions ! He is very precise and explains everything in detail . His pricing is fair , and you get what you pay for people ! I highly recommend him!

Right from the start, Todd and Carm provided me with a comfortable and supportive atmosphere. I knew I was in good hands as Todd was highly recommended to me. He lived up to those recommendations as he provided me with clarity, confidence and competence. He was able to resolve a child support issue that had been unresolved for eight years and brought peace of mind to me and my daughters. One of the most kind and ethical lawyers I have ever met. He cares about his clients, gives brilliant advice whether it is good news or bad - he tells it to the letter of the law. What he may not know (which is rare) - he will research and get back to you. What is so unique about Todd is his tough exterior with the ability to show he cares about you as an individual by ensuring your interests are always top of mind and looked after professionally. He has never let us down and I trust him 100%. This man is brilliant and when he gives his word, you can count on it. I highly respect his integrity, grit, stamina, sophistication, intellect and knowledge of the laws. You will not be let down by Todd. He takes pride in his word and his work. Run , do not walk. Just run. He acts like he knows everything and could handle supreme court cases but this 'lawyer' just wants your money and has limited knowledge about anything. He does like to sell himself and is good at that so you think you have a good guy but it turns out you should just run away fast.

Todd Morganstein was recently my lawyer in an estate issue.. I was apprehensive at first, just the thought of going to a lawyer for anything was " not my thing to do. " However, after considering that the legal route was the most logical path to take, I contacted Mr. Todd Morganstein. immediately gave me peace of mind, conscious, and heart. He always listened to everything I said, even if I repeated myself. He vast knowledge was reassuring, and his advise was well though out and above all it was " rational " I received a well thought out plan, step by step, and in the end he practically made the whole episode tolerable. Yes, I paid him for his services - and why shouldn't I? He was working, doing a fantastic job for me, and in the end the results were there. I have only one thing to say, Thank God for Todd, and his assistant Carm. Both were charming, thoughtful, and I could not be any more happy about the results of the whole matter. I am sorry to say I had a bad experience with this lawyer. There was no game plan and hesitated to file my application for divorce which now is costing me. Truly disappointing for my family and I so I will seek remedy to my claim against him with the LSUC - Law Society of Ontario.

I enjoyed working with Todd. He brought perspective and was even tempered even when I thought my world was collapsing around me. He was understanding and knows his business. I make a good living and had my choice of lawyers. I saw Todd on the recommendation of a friend. I am very happy that I went with Todd. Cudos to Todd! He is compassionate, he is caring, he is reasonable, he is opinionated in a good way, he’s nice guy, he is a bulldog in court. My own divorce was complicated. Todd was my second lawyer and I wish he was my first. Todd met with me and seemed to take a genuine interest in me and my children’s well being. People in court know him and seem to like him. After court my ex settled with me. Thank you Todd!

A friend referred me and I am glad she did, Todd was amazing, he cut through the BS, in court he was a tiger and he forced my ex to settle, I recommend Todd to anybody who needs an excellent family lawyer

Mr Todd helped me with my case. He knows the law. he knows the people at the court. Mr Todd explained to me in a way I understand. Mr Todd is calm. He is forceful. But fair. My daughter is protected. and I got the house. and support. I recommend Mr Todd if you need a lawyer for family.

I hired Todd to help me with my ex. Todd explained things to me in a way I understand. He was very polite with me. He was very polite with the judge. This is the second time in court with him and I got what I asked for both times. We discussed what it would cost me before I agreed to go ahead. I have recommended Todd to two friends and recommend him again.

I hired Todd because I heard he was excellent. I found him excellent. He knows the law, he knows the court system. He kept me informed. He discussed the cost of each step before I took it. He was amazing in court. After court my ex decided it was time to settle. Todd told me this happens. If I make the same mistake of getting married, I would hire Todd again. Todd is my No. 1 family lawyer!

Todd is a lawyer with much knowledge and experience. He is pleasant and professional. And down to earth. He spoke with me in a way I could understand. We won in court whenever we went. He was concerned about protecting my children and me from violence. He would predict what my ex would do before he did it. His work was excellent and he was always prepared. Knows the people at the court house and the judges. I owe Todd my gratitude. Without him I would be broke and on the street without my kids. I recommend Todd to anybody who needs a top lawyer to get things done. Hire Todd if you need help with your divorce.

Todd would be an OK lawyer. He represented me in a dispute over custody and access, and we got very favorable ruling. He was organized and efficient in paper works. However I am replacing him because of his poor communication approach: he insisted no email nor email attachment, and in reality he dictated phone and in person discussion, had his assistant type it out and courier it to me. This means I was charged double every time I talk/fax/meet with him. He is very familiar with the Newmarket court, which is a plus; so only recommend this lawyer if you have lots of $$$ and can work with someone without emails.

This lawyer like any other lawyer wants to fatten his pocket with people's money. He does not provide any legal advice and he rips people off with his unnecessary communication. A lawyer whose main quality is to make money. Not recommended to use him at all.
