We have used Neil's services on numerous occasions. He is professional, approachable, efficient and down-to-earth. He is very easy to talk to, and all calls are returned promptly by either Neil or his assistant. He helped us with the sale of our house, even coming to our home for meetings so we didn't have to go downtown. We would recommend Neil to anyone.

Very pleased with the service and efficiency of the whole office. Neil met me in our home as we have a toddler so getting to an office was difficult.

The lawyer was fine; however, he threw all his work onto his paralegal, Jen. She happens to not know a thing about real estate it seems and had me running around in circles because she was telling me completely incorrect information. When I tried to get a hold of the actual lawyer she kept telling me he was unavailable and would leave messages for him, 2 months of this and I never actually heard back once from the lawyer. The deal was closed a few weeks ago and I'm already running into some problems because details were overlooked. Now I have to pay another lawyer to fix what these guys screwed up.

My wife and I were referred to Neil through our real estate agent on the completion of the sale of our home. Having never sold a home before, we were grateful grateful to find that Neil was organized and had everything available and ready for us to sign when we came to our first interview with him. His price was reasonable and his explanations on the process clear and concise; we could not of been more pleased with his professional and courteous service.
Having been in business for myself for over 20 years, I know competence and ability from flashiness, and Neil is the real thing - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or his staff to family, which is about as high a praise as I can give.

Neil provided exceptional legal services in the closing of my home purchase. Neil was responsive to my questions and stayed on point throughout to ensure a smooth, trouble-free transaction. His legal assistant Jen was excellent in providing me with timely updates on the administrivia. At no time did I feel pressured or worried that I would be hit with various 'unknowns'.
I have experience dealing with other, more established and bigger real estate lawyers in previous home purchases - I can say this - Neil's service was far more personable and I got the feeling that I was a valued client. He ensured that there was nothing amiss, and often took matter in his own hands instead of pawning my concerns to a paralegal. This saved both time and provided a delightful experience. Furthermore, his fees were not only competitive but were quite a bit cheaper as well.
