Un avocat a éviter a tout prix si vous ne voulez pas dépenser beaucoup d"argent pour rien. Il ne fera que vous demander de l"argent encore et encore sans trop avancer dans votre dossier. After being stuck in limbo with a large law firm doing very little on my divorce I was referred to Pierre through a friend. Switching to Pierre was the best decision I ever made. He worked hard and diligently to finalize my divorce even with my ex being externally high conflict. I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer, Pierre was professional, knowledgeable, and managed to complete every aspect of the divorce in just over a year when the prior law firm had made very little progress three years prior. Thanks to Pierre I’m finally divorced and can move forward in life!!!

I was referred through someone who knows Pierre. Since meeting Pierre and his staff including his wife, they have been nothing less than professional, personable and great to deal with. For the first time in 8 years I finally got my very first whole nite sleep. Thanks to “Pierre’s” brilliant mind and work ethic, I’ve been able to feel this case, required someone “great” like Pierre all along. Other lawyers are my money, did nothing to see it move it along. Pierre continuously went above and beyond, he was an amazing advocate for me and gave me a voice when I didn’t have one/otherwise couldn’t stand up to my ex. He was patient, compassionate and went as far as to help me/check his emails even when on vacation. He was also willing to go the extra mile and meet with opposing council outside of court to try and mediate a bit, in order to save me the cost and time. Cannot say enough good things about him.

Pierre has gone above and beyond for me. Anytime I need advise Pierre is the first person I contact and he always provides his support. He is one lawyer that actually cares about his clients and wants nothing but the best for them. I would recommend Pierre to anyone who is looking for the best! If you have a difficult case, don't hire him. Will drag out, lead you on, won't take action even though says he will. Talks lawyer jibberish to make you think he knows what he is talking about. Wastes endless time just talking to you and bills you. Communication is key for a lawyer representing you, but he doesn't try and I believe he doesn't care. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR AN EFFECTIVE AND CARING LAWYER

Mr. Asselin essentially saved the lives of my children. Their mother had become mentally unstable and began using hard drugs. As a man and father, I was terrified of our legal system. Pierre went through all the options and he dealt with each crisis will tenacity and determination. We won every battle and I've had full custody for the last 4 years. He was professional and courteous the entire time. I would not want any other attorney representing myself or my children.

Was happy with him while he was my council, but once I obtained a new lawyer I realized that I had been screwed so many way because he had not been willing to fight for what he should have. Was always convincing me there was nothing we could do, so we just had to give in to what the other lawyer was saying. Thankfully I have a great lawyer now that is extremely knowledgeable and is not afraid to fight for his clients.

Horrible experience, takes your money and sits until the money runs out. Absolutely no action on his part, does not defend your case in court appears to agree with opposing council and cannot stand up to conflict or fight for your rights. Isn't that why he was hired.
