I found him to be unprofessional. He did not know the file and admitted to not reviewing it when it became clear he was misstating facts and he was called out on it. He was dismissive when I spoke to him and rude. Incompetent. Didn't know what he was doing. Was only interested in how much he could bill. Resorts to threats and bullying to attempt to get what he wants. Very unpleasant man.He is an awful lawyer and does not care about his clients . I think a refresher course in ethics and professional conduct would assist him

Absolutely horrible experience. Talks fast and feels like he is doing you a favour even though he is charging and charging. Whoever answers the phone there needs a lesson in manners. NEVER use these guys again.

Doesn't respond to emails and they didn't contact me when documents from the bank arrived or to come in to sign docs for close. His assistants get irritated if you call (I only called every 2 weeks once I confirmed the financial inst. said they sent docs to lawyer) and for one doc, they said it wasn't received then when I gave them the bank contact person to call; they contacted me to say they found the docs. After the closing date, I realized they didn't provide me all the documents from the status certificate (as confirmed by the condo mgt company) Poor customer service, accuracy and no value provided. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone.
