I highly recommend Meghan Walker. She is calm, smart and never hesitates to get on the phone with you to put your mind at ease. At my mediation, she didn't look at a single note when she recitated details of my case. She had remembered every single detail. She came across as very smart, thorough, caring and personable and I believe that's why I got my settlement. I believed she always had my top interests at heart and I would recommend her to anyone. I lost my husband due to the negligence of our family doctor. During my grief, I had a meeting with Ms Walker last month. She reviewed all of the medical records and told me she could only assist if I provided her with $7,500. When I asked her if that guaranteed we will win the case she said no. When I told her I didn’t have $7,500 she said I can file a complaint which doesn’t get me any money. When I asked who will take my case she simply referred me to the law society. All in all a disappointing experience.

I will never forget her touching my arm, looking me in the eyes and saying "you will be OK. Take a deep breath." That was at a mediation with a very rude defense lawyer who had me crying. Months later my case was settled before the judge because of Ms Walker's abilities. Thank you from Alison C.
