If you want her for real estate, DON'T, She charges a professional fee like other lawyers but she will charge you an OPEN THE FILE FEE which she does not tell you about. That's over and above her professional fee. She will charge you more for her fee than she told you she would without giving you a reason. She does not communicate at all, she does not return or answer an email. She will ignore you.
