Ben did not fight for me at all. He just went along with whatever the plantiff's lawyer suggested. Ben's answers were always very vague. He wanted to settle out of court and seemed to have no intention of going to court. He didn't review and catch some mistakes in my parenting plan and didn't admit it when I called him on it. He didn't give me any good advice on what to do and what not to do during my divorce case. My ex-husband's lawyer told my ex-husband a lot of do's and don't. When I asked Ben about it, his reply was that I should have known that. Ben told me that the kids' 401K would be controlled by both parents and my ex-husband has full control. Ben told me that my ex would be responsible for his portion of the taxes and when the ex refused to pay, Ben told me that he could only help me "in theory." If I had it to do over, I would not use Ben.
