Racks up legal cost quite quickly and does not give heads up to clients. Despite allowed budgeted legal cost, he managed bill twice as much. Does not provide monthly invoices (even upon request) on purpose to surprise with a big bill in the end. If you have already secured him, please get in writing that he will provide with monthly(or regular) invoices. If you are thinking about retaining him, then think twice before you do.
