Absolutely terrible lawyer.. His firm messed up the initial paperwork sent to friend of the court and I had to resend it in. He claimed to represent me, but I find out two days before our first court date his associate whom I had never met was going to be there.. She showed up late, was unprepared, and basically lost the entire proceeding for me. Daniel appeared lazy and unwilling to participate in the legal process preferring to simply ignore emails and calls requesting action and allowing my ex-wife to dictate terms to him. He is and was an expensive mistake that cost me in the pocket book and the eyes of the court. You're better off representing yourself than going with Daniel Moss. Shame on him for peddling his services

Mr. Dan Moss starts off by saying "He understands your stressful time", says he will simplify your divorce. I personally still owe the firm money for nothing. From the day I hired him to the end of my divorce which he didn't see out because of money reasons. As a matter of fact he didn't show up for a single court date he had his associate do it for him Ms.Emily Warren. At the end of Mr. Moss's term of service with me he actually refereed to my son as my daughter. Mr. Moss has to be one of the biggest jokes in law to date. So to sum a very long story short if you want to have a lawyer who stand up for you, represents you do NOT choose Daniel Moss.
