Mr. Charko did a really bad job writing my husbands will and when my husband passed away we had to spend a lot of extra money on legal fees because of Mr. Charco's ineptness. Do not use this lawyer to write your will!

Very arrogant and rude. Wasted my time. Recommended by bogus person due to being hacked. By fort erie pr/Cy et al. Weve been victims of scams/spam. I wouldn't shake his hand. Victims of various property crimes.....

I was very impressed by Mr. Charko, he handled my husbands estate in a timely fashion and was very caring and compassionate to my feelings as I had never been through this before. I would definitely use him again for any legal issues. I had no problems with him or his work for me. He was my saviour to me.

Did not listen to my case or fight for me.. was bullied by the other parties lawyer and kept asking how my son was.. we were there for custody and access of my daughter

This lawyer tries to be everything to everyone and does not specialize in any area. He is good if you are in desperation and can't afford a lawyer who truly specializes in family law. He says he practices family law but was not prepared not was he familiar with some of the basics during proceedings.
