Shaina Bronfen was able to bring closure to my unbelievably contentious litigated divorce and custody battle. It took me years and several lawyers to finally find the right lawyer who was qualified, equipped and who truly listened and championed my case. Quickly she understood my goals and the needs of my children. Me Bronfen brought exceptional knowledge, wisdom, and offered empathy when I needed it most. She has a lot of experience as a family lawyer and was able to explain the best strategies for claiming my rights and that of my children. I am forever grateful for this closure and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a compassionate yet fearless lawyer.

Shaina represented me in a lawsuit stemming from a common law separation. She not only described and explained my rights and options pertaining to the nuances of the case and advised the best course of action which resulted in a satisfactory settlement but also encouraged me and helped me deal with the emotional stress of the negotiations. She made a very bad situation bearable.

She did not succeed in our mediation session, too much focus on the custody issues and not enough proportionality in the approach. She was not neutral at all when it came to the custody matters. Waist of time and money in general.

Shaina was unable to successfully provide mediation, she became my lawyer to draft my custody agreement. She was never really in it and I had to do most of it myself. She only checked what I wrote and got it legalized. Afterwards I spoke to other lawyers who told me that I was not advised properly and my agreement should not have looked like this. Shaina never advised me properly on the do's and don't. As according to 3 other lawyers the agreement shouldn't have been written like this. I lost not only all the money as the other party didn't pay but I also had a lof of grief over the consequences of the content of the agreement. My advise is not to go with her as your lawyer. There are many better lawyers in town than her. Spend that extra dollar and at least get proper legal advise.
