I met David Milburn some 30+ years ago in the lobby of the court house when my lawyer did not show for my appearance. David agreed to take over the case. In the end we were successful.
Since that day I went on to build a good career and a full life. Now nearing retirement, everything I have is because of him. Thank you David.

About 35 years ago Mr Milburn was my legal aid in Poco on two separate occasions. I was a juvenile and the judge was about to throw me in detention and Mr Milburn got me a conditional discharge. Probation and community service. I straightened out after that. He expressed to me how lucky I was that day. I am 50 now. I will always be grateful to David Milburn. Thank you Mr Milburn.

David has been my lawyer since 1995. He’s represented my in several different matters, I originally met him after I suffered injury from a motorcycle accident. Well all I can say is he’s a very decent guy who has been there when I needed a lawyer.

3 decades ago David represented my husband and had him wrongly convicted. I would strongly caution anyone from hiring him. We are still living with the results of what that caused us. He stole our life.
