So I'll admit that Mr. Ohanessian does very well in the section of the particular field of law that pertains to reacquiring your child(ren) when they are apprehended by CAS. He managed to do so for our family, even though the odds were stacked HEAVILY in our favour to begin with. He still managed to get that job done. HOWEVER! When I split up with my childs mother, and she took our child to Hamilton, he told me that if I didn't sign the papers to transfer the matter to Hamilton, that I'd likely never see my daughter again. In fear, I singed, and that made mine and my child's life a living hell. I did not have to sign those papers, 2 other lawyers made that very clear once the matter was transferred. This system is already hard enough for fathers, and he just did this to make his job easier. Always on vacation, always high energy, always seems to have a runny nose also brings his own daughter to court some days. This man is a coward and a disgrace to the family justice system.

Amazing lawyer. The court process is very long and you better be dedicated to what your there for or your just wasting your own time and the Judge ... Thats one person you dont want to piss off... He got me everything I wanted and I would use him again in a heartbeat... I was just looking up his number when I found this. Makes me wonder how far these people actually went in the court process other then the emotional first 3 months. If you want a straight forward lawyer hes your guy ... If you want B.S. cause thats what they are good at !!! Go somewhere else.

We spoke with the lawyer when he was Duty Council for Family Court. He appeared totally uninterested in our case and was arrogant about it. He referred to the child in question as "your kid" very unprofessional. When questioned as to why we couldn't see a Judge immediately and had to wait for another 3 weeks, only elongating the period of time my son had no seen his daughter his response was "oh well get over it" and I guess you should have done this sooner! Which by the way had been started back in September. He also suggested my son LIE and or FUDGE his net worth in order to use LegalAid. While in our case conference he was texting on his phone and not paying attention then sat on the desk/table and started making clucking noises. All in all NOT PROFESSIONAL and hope to hell we don't get him as Duty Council again

I could understand walking in to him snorting drugs what I couldn't understand was why he wouldn't do his job and help my case instead became friends with the respondents girlfriend...
