It took me 5 years to process the harm Marlene caused me and my 3 children, by her radical actions. First promising she'd get my children back after false claims of abduction,then gaslit me non stop to represent my case through her own lense,denying the full breadth of the violence we endured. She shut me down repeatedly, yelled at me, ignored me and shamed me. She claimed she won the motion and I should be happy after paying her 10's of thousands of dollars. She committed fraud just a mere few weeks later, giving away the decision making authority the judge had just given me after a lengthly comprehensive decision! Marlene hand signed an MOS on my behalf that was written up by the other parties lawyer and modified by him after she signed it, as she admitted to this! She did this without my knowledge or consent of this process to fullfil her own motives asserting they were for my good,then dumped the case refusing to pick up pieces, blaming me!

Marlene was very responsive to my needs and gave me excellent advice. She was my 2nd lawyer. my 1st lawyer was less expensive but did not know the law well. You get what you pay for. Wish I would have hired Marlene to start with. At a case conference the judge commented that my lawyer was very well prepared and took a very reasonable settlement position. That made me feel very confident and I relied on that advice. I would highly recommend her.

Im a woman & I was in very abusing relationship. My ex was bad to me & our kids. Other lawyers told me I couldn’t get him out of the house because he didn’t hit me. Marlene worked a miracle & got him out. We went to one case conference meeting & then another court day & that was it. She changed my life. She gave me courage & strength. She took every call & answered every email. I can’t thank her enough.

Made me loose thousands of dollars by not putting in information earlier in the Family Law process. Has no sympathy for her clients and does not want to listen because she figures she is always right. Also costs a fortune to hire her. She does things that she charges you for and then changes her mind about it but still wants you to pay for what she did not use!!

She tells you she can win your case but in the end she loses and makes you pay legal costs for the other side. More interested in making money for her firm and when you question her about the costs she gets very defensive and then tries to put you off by not answering your questions. She talks down to people instead of explaining situations she gets annoyed. If there is something she doesn't understand she uses another lawyer in her office for advice and charges his rate even though she doesn't get permission to charge for it when it is her who doesn't know what she is doing! If you want to waste money and try to speak to someone who is derogatory then she is the woman to hire!!

Amazing lawyer. Always answered all of my calls and emails immediately, and was extremely friendly and approachable. Always willing to answer my questions. She is extremely reliable, professional and highly competent. I would highly recommend to anyone who is seeking excellent legal representation.
