This was a Personal Injury Matter. Travis Bissett was Professional and personable as he acted on my behalf. I retained Travis a year into a nasty separation after receiving very poor representation from a different lawyer. He was a lifesaver, working tirelessly to turn the tide. Separation involving children is a nightmare I wouldn't wish on anyone but if you find yourself in the thick of it I cant recommend him enough. His knowledge and legal expertise won me a very positive outcome yet it is his calm reassuring personality mixed with just the right amount of clever whit that I am most grateful for. I approached Travis to work on my personal injury file because I was not getting anywhere with the adjusters myself. Simply, they were not responding to me. Once I chose to hand over my file to Travis and his staff, I was able to focus more on getting better than dealing with an insurance company. Travis assisted me in a time of need when I knew I did not have the ability to take care of it myself. The best word that describes Travis' work ethic is "passionate". My father has Alzheimer's and was hit on his mobility scooter in an intersection. Travis Bissett was referred to us by my father's lawyer. Travis was up front and stated he wouldn't waste our time if he couldn't do better for us than the insurance company would offer us directly. We found Travis to be extremely thorough and timely - my father is 80. The settlement was more than adequate - even after splitting 1/3 with the firm. Mostly I was impressed by his patience and good humour with my father. In fact, we felt very welcome by the entire staff. If my father could remember the incident, I know he would agree that we highly recommend Travis.
