Has a very bad record with the State Bar of California. Had a very bad experience with him, did not answer calls for a year, did not keep me informed of the progress of the case or the private investigator he insisted I hire. Did not file motions in a timely manner and was sanctioned by the court. He admitted to the court that he had many personal problems that kept him doing his job in a proper and timely manner.
