On a class action case he started off well, then became rude, arrogant, and totally quit communicating. We had to go to the law society twice in order to get any performance from him. Interestingly enough he had the lawyer who was representing the client we were suing defend him in some other action against him at the law society. Apparantly that is not illegal but is it ethical? 8 years later we have all given up on him and his firm.
