If this site allowed negative ratings and zero stars, that is what she would get. She would respond to everything unreasonable your ex is saying or doing and even stir up the pot more to charge you for that. She is a bully who can not help you but make you feel awful about your own good ideas then in the end say those were her ideas just to show that she did something. Do NOT hire her!

Only hire this lawyer if you want to be ripped off, over charged, verbally abused, belittled and taken advantage of. She is the worst lawyer I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars and when I questioned why nothing was done I was dropped as a client. DO NOT HIRE HER!!!

Joanne is an amazing lawyer! She took my case and got me full custody of my three children. I Couldn't be more pleased with her work. She was extremely kind and understanding and took the time to update me and explain things through the entire process. No matter how busy she was she always made time to answer questions and address any concerns I had. She was also very professional, courteous and polite at all times, even while being yelled at by my ex wife during mediation attempts and court meetings. She comes across as very knowledgeable and confident. Right from the beginning she had a strategy and was never without a plan of action. She was also very very generous with her billing. I truly believe she was worth every penny and more. Maybe most importantly she truly cares about the welfare and best interests of the children involved. I Would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a lawyer. After 4 long years I finally have my children home all thanks to her!

Joanne has been a great support with my case. Since the time I initially contacted her regarding my divorce case, she was available for any questions or help I needed at any time. She would be available for meetings, phone calls and promptly responded to my emails. She gave me invaluable legal advice and was extremely helpful throughout the process. I can’t imagine working with a better lawyer. She is very understanding and takes pride in her work. Joanne was professional and ensured that I received a fair stand regarding my situation. She has great knowledge and provides solutions to any problem I would encounter. This was a difficult time in my life and I am very thankful to Joanne for all her help and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs legal services.

Joanne is a excellent lawyer, always look up to your case. And making fair decision for you and your family. She often tell you of what happen with your case.She also will see the outcome from your case in court. She is not like the other lawyer that they represent bad clients.She make sure you are trying right. And something that is important is that you children’s get theirs right from both parents. She have great knowledge and year of experience. If you want somebody to represent you right go with Joanne. She is the best in the west.

Joanne is an awesome lawyer. I knew she would be from the first phone call consultation with her. She does well at being professional and personable. She was always available to make time for me and my many questions and she did well at educationg me on legal processes, expectations, and law things that the normal person would not understand. The best part about using Joanne was that she was always upfront, ethical, and a great listener. I also liked how our appointments were to the point, and saved us both time whereas she could have easily made the appoinment drag on to charge more. She was always open and direct in her communication. I will continue to use her as a lawyer because she gets the job done efficiently. I felt she excelled at customer services because she took time to make a plan for me even in the midst of my circumstances changing often. Shes great I highly recommend her especially if dealing with child support and custody issues.

I had a tremendous experience with Joanne Tymafichuk. Joanne was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and is very easy to talk to and work with. She is quick to respond and very communicative, keeping clients updated every step of the way. I have absolutely no hesitations recommending Joanne, she is fair, honest and very well organized. It is refreshing to work with an individual who is so passionate about her profession. Joanne is approachable, down to earth and has the strength of experience and knowledge behind her.

She was awful. Terrible communicator. I have never felt more unprotected legally in my life. Not sure if she is lazy or just does not know what she is doing. If you are looking for help I wouldn't suggest her.
