Jennifer started off great. Passed us off to her associates to save money. Which ended up costing us money as they made grave errors. Switched to Jennifer herself and we wait decades for a response, email/ call clerk monthly and get a sorry I’ve been busy response but no response on the matter. We are close to being done or we would be long gone. Contradicts herself, says she will draft a response for next day and doesn’t for months. Honestly thinking about filing a complaint. She’s that bad. Go elsewhere.

It will take forever to hear back from her. She contradicts herself at times and the directions she has given before. Writes court documents full of grammatical mistakes, that I, as her client, needed to read through and correct.

Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable, ethical, straightforward and empathic. She was direct about what was possible and fought appropriately for what was just in terms of the law. I would highly recommend her if you are engaged in a contentious custody/access case.

Does not follow through with agreement made by her and client, contradicts information from the initial consult, do not respond to emails when you raised valid concerns by the client. Promises to give credits and does not follow through. Go somewhere else. Quality is negative. allows her associates to accuse her clients of being vindictive if client refuses to not settle for very low amount.

Jennifer is not a bad lawyer but her clerk is VERY rude and will not get back to you in a timely manner.

Great person. Intelligent and defends the rights of men and women. A firecracker when needed. If you challenge her you better be ready. I got accepted by legal aid or else this woman and firm (Devry Law Firm) could have acces to my bank account anyday. She cares about people not just money. 4 or 4.5 out of 5 easily. (Joe D.)
