Heather helped me gain primary access and custody of my son with absolutely no time to view my case, or prepare for a hearing. I already had legal counsel that was unreachable during an urgent matter. Heather helped give me the confidence I needed to put together a last minute affidavit, and communicated to me what the court needed to hear in a clear and concise manner. I highly recommend her services!

Heather McNight was incredible from the minute she took my case to the minute it was over, she never faltered for a second. To have this brilliant woman fighting in my corner was an honor, we were 100% successful and I'll never in my life forget my time spent with her. She is fair and just and she took the time to put my fears at ease. Communication was always smooth and I was never left wondering, no question, email or phone call ever went unanswered. I've heard many horror stories from others about their lawyers, it's unfortunate that there aren't more people like Heather out there to help those of us who need it.

Heather represented this single father with amazing results. She helped me greatly improve my time with my child which has proven very difficult, with an ex who knows how to play the system, deny access routinely, and garner judges favor based on gender role. I had been in family court for six years straight on my own and with questionable and heartless advice from other lawyers, trying to get a fair deal and be a dad. Heather appreciated my knowledge and preparation, and we made a great team. Heather is not pretentious at all, which was important to me. She has earned the respect and admiration of the judges and lawyers she works with daily. One judge made a point of that very fact in open court, to the chagrin of the other party. She is worth every penny. Her whole team is just as enjoyable to work with, right from the greeting on the phone to final billing. No games, no tricks, no problems, just thorough, caring honest competence.

Heather McKnight is an authentic person, who exudes a passion for her career and client.Her professionalism and competency allowed me to feel at ease in an extremely stressful situation. Our meeting was unique in that I was self-representing in court (I do not recommend this but my circumstances were unique) and met Heather through her work at the court house. She truly was a gift to me at a time when I needed council the most. While I hope I never find myself in the same situation, I can say I would definitely seek Heathers advisement. I can not express enough how helpful she was. She went above and beyond her role at the time to ensure my rights were protected. I hired Heather in October 2013 to assist me with separation and custody matters. She had immense knowledge of family law and helped me to understand all the different aspects and possible outcomes of my case. She was very easy to talk to and helped me to get my point across. She negotiated incredibly with my very uncompromising ex. She gave me confidence walking into the courtroom. She was persistent and efficient.
