The system I have learned is complicated and it takes knowledge and skill that a lay person just doesn't have. Mr. Seplavy puts the humanity back into the law. You are not just a client but a real human being that needs help and representation. He has skillfully and realistically handled my case, and has, since the beginning. He has kept me grounded and help me to understand how the system and the law works. I'm glad I found him and that he is my advocate. He is the person to call to handle your case.

My husband had Ed for years. He took me on when my husband passed away. He will always make time to see you. He will go to fight for you. He will answer all your questions so that you understand them. Very patient and understanding. And will get back in touch with you when promised. If you are in need of a great workmans comp lawyer, he is the person to go to. I have nothing but praise for Mr. Seplavy.

I found Mr. Splavey from other reviews on Google. I was not disappointed. He is kind, patient, and tenacious. He will make sure you completely understand everything about your case. He doesn't back down when fighting for you. I can't recommend him enough to anyone needing a lawyer in a workers comp situation. I had a strange case where I was paid for a short time but my doctors were being paid through out the case. He was able to get me the back pay owed to me.

I met Ed ALMOST two years after my accident. My employer had given me incorrect information regarding my injury case.

Ed was more then a lawyer he kept me calm and i never had to guess what was happening. My calls emails were always answered. He never snowed balled or sugarer coated anything. if your looking for a great lawyer that will treat you like a person and not a number Ed is the lawyer for you. Edward Seplavy is the ONLY lawyer that returns your phone calls asap. He keeps you informed of all changes and keeps up with the changes of workmans comp. laws. I highly recommend him. (HE looks out after the best thing for you to do.)

He is very professional, goes above and beyond his clients to what they are intitled to be awarded. A true gentleman, very down to earth person. Returns phone calls when needed.His work and communication with clients are great and out standing. I would not hesitate to call on him again. I do let people know , how great he is and he gets the work done.
