If i could give a zero I would!!! I feel very strong that I have been treated poorly and unfairly as his client, and I am writing to tell you save yourself A LOT of heartache, and find a reliable trustworthy decent lawyer. My case is straight forward, all I need from him is to come to court on return day and get me a trial date. He complicated me with lots of jargon, but never explains to me the whole process. When I asked him to explain procedures, he yelled at me: "I charge flat rate, don't email me or call me till return day!"
He never never cc me emails to the other party: what he was hiding I would never know. I prepared my trial presentation very thoroughly with over 100 pieces of evidence, winning would be no doubt. But he threatened me if I don't agree to settle ( I doubt if he has a deal with defendant's lawyer) he will not help me, and forced me to pay extra if I go for trial, which is against our contract. He lied fervently about collecting procedures.

Frank settled with the prosecuting attorney for the same deal that I would have received if I hadn't had a lawyer at all. Not only did I waste my money on his service, but I actually got yelled at by him when I suggested to him how I thought we should handle the case. Very rude, unprofessional, and not helpful. Please don't make the mistake I made by hiring this guy, there are plenty of other lawyers out there.

I hired this man in two different counties DeKalb and Kane County... Frank and his firm absolutely did wonders for me in the court I would highly recommend hiring Frank and his Law Firm you won't be disappointed

Took me about 8 minutes to realize this is someone I definitely don't want to work with. He is a very rude and arrogant individual. And I've hired a total of 5 attorneys in the past. None of them were this bad. When I told him he should probably not try to argue against someone who is looking to hire him he began to tell me I had a "bad attitude". Very unprofessional. Sounds like he is having money issues since he mentioned this in his own words "I have people call me for advice and then after 30 min of talking to them they decide to hire a public defender and I just wasted 30 min of my life without getting paid, is that what you're looking for?" Suggesting I couldn't afford an attorney right off the bat. DON'T HIRE AN ATTORNEY WHO ONLY WANTS TO GET PAID, HE WON'T HELP YOU OR YOUR CASE BECAUSE HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE. I recommend Bradley Schreiber, took 5 minutes to realize he was on my side and looking to help me and my case. Best of luck!

I should have known better when I googled his name and the first think that popped up was a picture of him with his shirt off taking a selfie. He is very unprofessional. Was not prepared, which ended up costing me significantly more money and time due to his mistake. He waited until we were at the hearing to ask if I brought the appropriate paperwork. I had to arrange a meeting to prepare for my Secretary Of State Hearing, he acted like it was inconveniencing him. After making the mistake he would not acknowledge that he was at fault. And charged me extra for "his time". He is very arrogant, I highly discourage anyone to use him. His partners Amado & Sheen are phenomenal but avoid Quatrino at all costs! I believe all the self tanner he uses found its way to his brain. I can not warm you enough to avoid this guy!
