Sarah has tirelessly represented me in both family court and real estate, she truly is a great lawyer, and has an uncanny ability to foresee what is best, most likely to happen and what you should do to get the outcome you want, she is realistic and pragmatic, I find it hard to believe the negative reviews here, she has been my lawyer for 10+ years in family court, and my case has been a very long struggle and complicated (not through any fault of Sarah, rather the opposing parties) . And we have not lost once. I would recommend her services to any and everyone that’s asks me.

I have turned to Sarah for real estate matters, drafting a will and family custody matters. After retaining a high-cost litigation lawyer for a family custody dispute, I sought a second opinion from Sarah. Again, I was reminded of how truly great Sarah is. She is personable, provides clear guidance, and is cost-effective. In the future, I'll be sticking with her for any legal matters.

I read these ratings, and always wonder if they're real.
Well, this one is. I met Sarah Gravelines during the absolute worst time in my life. First of all, I can say Sarah's character is easy to talk to, polite, and caring. Good human qualities. During our meeting, she made efficient use of our time, and her pricing seems reasonable to me so far. (I'm not rich.) Some other plusses that I appreciated was that her office is not downtown in the top of a skyscraper. It's in a good neighborhood, at ground level, easy to get to, and even has parking. Sarah is sometimes hard to get a hold of, but I know that can happen to anybody at times. Working with Sarah was a positive experience for me, and I'd recommend her.

I was with another lawyer for my divorce case. She couldn't help me get the case solved so I finally found Sarah. Sarah solved my case within a really short period of time and I got my divorce done. Sarah is very knowledgeable and her fee is fair. Sarah is that pro you want to turn to if you used the wrong lawyer. It might be just a small case for Sarah as she solved it so easily but it is my life and my future. I couldn't express my gratitude to her but to write down this rating. I hope other people like me can find a lawyer just like Sarah.

Sarah will throw you under the bus as she will alawys try to impress the other lawyer. She is nice but always say "are you not tire of fighting?" She would disappear on vacation without your knowledge leaving you sitting there. When things start to get tough she says she is unable to represent you.

You'll notice for other lawyers on this site that reviews come in at rate of 1 every 6 months. Sarah's profile early on has two in one day, then another a few days later. This is obviously as much BS as the supposed 4 star review average. Any lawyer who manufactures fake reviews has no morals or ethics.
My experience with Sarah was abysmal. There are two sides to her: The office Sarah, who seems to be on your side. Then there's the Sarah who shows up in joint meetings with other lawyers or court appearances. She will throw you under the bus because she wants to impress her peers. When in four way meetings, Sarah would invariably argue on behalf of the other side. You want to know what lonely feels like? It felt like I had two lawyers against me. Furthermore her communication is abysmal. You will email her, call her and hear nothing for weeks or months. Read the other negative reviews here and understand that is what you are in for if you hire her services.

Sarah is an amazing lawyer, she knows her stuff and makes sure everything is taken care of the way it should be. She pays careful attention to the finest of details and she’s helped me so much! I highly recommend her as a lawyer.

Sarah is great at what she does. She made me feel comfortable and completely helped me feel at ease during a very stressful time in my life. She communicated quite fast the majority of the time, gave me very good advice and i truly felt like she had my back every step of the way.

I went to see Sarah when my ex and I separated and I was very happy with how she handled my case. Sarah was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable in what was a very awkward and difficult time in my life. She was very quick at getting the paperwork done and explained every step. Her fees are fair. I highly recommend her. I am now looking into having divorce papers filed, and I will be certainly be seeing Sarah for those or any other legal needs that she might be able to help me with.

Hired Sarah in March to deal with my divorce...emailed her in August, didn't hear back from her until November, after emailing, calling, dropping into her office. Finally after opposing counsel set ANOTHER case conference because nothing was happening did she contact me. On the morning of the case conference she was not prepared, did not have information that had been sent to her, and as such cost me tens of thousands of dollars to my ex, where I should not have paid more than $5000 to my ex. Then tried to convince me to settle with the agreement without getting the issues included in the agreement that were extremely pertinent to my divorce. Thank goodness I persisted. She is cheap, but again you get what you pay for. Unfortunately you don't always know until they have done some work for you what they are like.

Poor communication (still charged for it) great person but has no spine lets opposite party walk all over and direct for her. Definatly does not have the backbone to stand up and fight for her clients. Took forever to get final copies and the copies that arrived did not include everything decided and had things never agreed added in. You get what you pay for in this case you get a great person who needs to learn how to properly stand up for her clients

Completely Incompetent. Very little knowledge regarding family law and specifically the maintenance program. Limited communication. Rude and disrespectful support staff. Ended up with the very first settlement that was offered before acquiring her services. I basically extended the entire process under her directive, lost a high retainer fee, and ended with the same settlement. Never recieved a final bill, or itemized statement regarding service. She also left on vacation in the middle of proceedings without letting me know. Honestly just a true and fair warning to all of the innocent people that may find themselves in a similar circumstance and in a vulnerable position, please be careful when you choose your legal counsel. Do your research. Read the reviews. Ask the necessary questions. Don't waste your time and money as I have. Learn from my mistake.

My ex posted a scathing, nasty review of this most excellent family lawyer. This is intended to correct that impression. I found Sarah to be professional , know legalese, and we'll versed in the law. She was also extremely patient (my ex wouldn't even hire a lawyer, thought she new it all because she's a CPA), when dealing with a very angry, vindictive person. I would recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a calm, supportive, and expert practitioner in the divorce field. And BTW, I was the one paying out the big settlement, $1 million +, so the ex had no excuse for being bitter enough to trash yhis fine young woman.

Sarah was excellent. Although a reasonably simple matter, Sarah was always communicative with prompt replies and common sense, which is what i believe everyone wants in an attorney. As well as my family matter, I will definitely be using her for Will and Real Estate in the very near future. 11 out of 10!

Sarah helped me through the separation agreement process and helped to ensure all paperwork ad agreements were in place in a timely manner. She always contacted me within 24 hours if i had questions.. usually within 2-4 hours. She takes all your questions and concerns seriously and offers sound legal advice. My experience with her was great and I highly recommend her for family law. Shortly after handling my separation she also handled my new home purchase. It was nice to have that continuity and was a pleasure again to work with her. Her rates are very reasonable, and she will work hard for you to ensure all your concerns are addressed and your legal matters are completed in as little time as possible.

The only good thing about my experience is that she is cheap. You get exactly what you pay for with Ms Gravelines. Arguing more with me than fighting for me. Just wanting to get issues with my ex over with than look out for my best interests. Very poor communication. It would take multiple emails to receive one back. Sarah wanted to settle fast with the opposition regarding monetary positions. When I stated I should be entitled to more her only response was "Aren't you tired of fighting?" Really?? My instincts of changing counsel were right. Within the first couple of days after leaving Sarah my new lawyer promptly emailed the opposition and got an extra few thousand dollars. Don't be fooled by these previous perfect scores... real shady.

She is AMAZING!! My primary domestic issue was a really tough one and she helped me navigate all the bumps and encouraged me that I was doing all the right things. My divorce also went smoothly and everything worked out in the best interest of our family. It really helps that she will actually respond to you promptly. Sarah is definitely an asset to mcroberts law office where she practices; she is very compassionate and actively keeps her clients best interests her priority.
