I love Dianne, if your a man in a high conflict situation with a narcissistic bat**** crazy **** put retain her. Always do what’s best for your kids kings put them in sports, help them with their homework, bring the best out in them.

Diane will market herself to get your retainer cheque. She will then reverse course and do nothing to actually help you. Hired her to finalize a parenting. She had the order for months and never said anything even though was being paid to get it. She will not copy you on any correspondence nor give you updates for months even when asking - you will have no idea what’s going on or happened. Will send you opposing counsels disclosure months after receiving, even after you ask for it. Then when you let her go, will not give retainer back for months or correspondence with opposing counsel, forcing you to pay another lawyer to simply get the documents you should have had in the first place. Still waiting to see how she drains my retainer cheque on more “printing” of admin fees as she uses paper and not electronic files.

If you are looking for a high conflict lawyer, choose Diane. If you want your divorce over quick, look elsewhere. Diane will take your money for year (over 10 in my case)

Don’t go to her she will just find ways to escalate your case into high conflict and unreasonably sit on a case for no reason. Unethical behaviour for a lawyer .

A witch hat for a logo seems pretty fitting for this witch of a lawyer and law firm. This law firm does things so crookedly and unfair. It causes more harm than good in family court cases. Their paperwork is filed incorrectly, late, and FULL of spelling errors. Lawyers like this should not be able to keep a practice. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!

I have used Mrs. Ridley originally for a divorce in 2016 and after for real estate. Diane is great very up front and straight forward. She won’t tell you what you want to hear but will be honest with you. I really appreciated her knowledge and honesty in my divorce as it was high conflict and stressful. She and her office was/is always prompt on getting back to me and had amazing knowledge in everything I needed. So thankful I found her and I will continue to recommend her.

Ms Ridley is crooked and seems to make up her own family law rules. She initiates and escalates conflict between parties. Her orders are constantly riddled with spelling mistakes and errors. She is unreasonable to work with, and has makes a mess out of cases she represents. She allows her cases to become complex, does not follow court direction, and neglects to follow Justice's orders. She omits necessary information in orders, but includes clauses that make absolutely no sense. She is not cut out for High Conflict family law at all.

Ms.Ridley, In my opinion is a straight forward lawyer who helped my husband and me with our Will and Estate. Her professionalism and knowledge on extended family issues was informative and educational. I would strongly recommend her for all your family law needs especially when there are other extended families involved.

If you want the best lawyer for the job then hire Diane to represent you. She has a thorough knowledge of her field and will not stretch out the process just to make money from you. She is honest and forthright and will not let you down! Best lawyer ever.

Contrary to the previous post, I found Ms. Ridley to be an exceptional lawyer. Our case was a very complicated one and one that I didnt expect would turn out as favorably as it did for us. Diane met with us on several occasions and during a time that was convenient to our work/family schedules. Her knowledge of Family Law was superior and she always explained her reasonings for why she wanted to proceed in a specific direction, whilst still giving us the final say. I trust Ms. Ridley completely.

My experience was horrible. Diane would only give inappropriate one word answers, it was like she didn't even take the time to read the email completely. She failed to get child support ordered for my child and seemed unaware of rules regarding it. The Justice scold her over her filed documents, and said thing like "really Counciler". She did not know the rules of evidence and failed to get my ex's drug using video's and gang membership into evidence. Also failed to get drug test ordered. She could not remember what was said in hearings. When apoched and questioned she say I'll check and get back to me, and never did. She'd forget to get costs enforced making them useless. She refused the most basic instructions of having all letters sent To my self before other parties. It had been 5 years since I had Christmas with my children, she sent letter giving away my 5th Christmas, I asked her to retract letter she refused, and refused to send letters for review.

I have only great things to say about Ridley Law. She was very polite and to the point. She never sugarcoated anything. She always gave me options. Responses from her were quick and even quicker from her assistant. Her costs are very reasonable and I would highly recommend her for any litigation that she handles...Thanks

This lawyer disregarded my comments. Her calculations were wrong and I had to make corrections to the order she drafted. I did not agree with the order and was denied my option to object to the order as the law states. Certain tax benefits were grossed up that should not have been and when I asked for laws or guidelines to authorize this I was denied that information. In my opinion this lawyer is very disrespectful and unprofessional.
