Russell Browne represented me for Fraud over $5000/Counterfeit related charges in 2 courthouses. When I was charged, I was aware that there wasn't anything to argue for trial and the crown was asking for a lot of jail time. He took his time to gather a lot of background information on me and recommended a plan to keep me out of jail. He went the extra mile for me with a ton of research and was able to argue that I was eligible for short house arrest sentence with minimal conditions even though the odds were stacked against me due to my lengthy criminal record and the Crown was strongly against house arrest because of the seriousness of the charges. Now, I am almost done with my house arrest and have been fortunate to spend time with my family. Thank you Russell
