Crucial documents not filed at the time of the transaction and necessary title searches skipped resulting in high excess costs that we were stuck with years later! Not knowledgeable or professional. A lawyer that gives lawyers a bad name.

He is the most difficult lawyer I ever had to deal with. I would not recommend him not to my worst enemy. I had to send him documents 3-4 Times because he claimed he did not receive them. He did not do his Job properly and the discharge was not completed and showed on my title. When I tried to get a equity loan my new lawyer had to chase him down to fix it ( it's been over 2 weeks now and my loan is still not complete). He is very slow and do things at his own pace. The discharge should only take 1 day. Don't use him this would be a BIG mistake.

Great lawyer. I purchased 3 properties through different Lawyers in the past but this time I took a recommendation and went with Tariq and I am happy that I made this decision as he was very detailed and took his time to explain and clarified things for us. I will recommend him strongly

Tariq is the most unprofessional and irresponsible lawyer I have dealt with. As the lawyer for seller, he didn't go through the details of the payment transaction, and over charged ridiculous fees on the buyer. And when trying to claim back the money, he never replied calls or emails. Will never recommend him as a real estate lawyer.

Tariq was the most unprofessional lawyer I have ever dealt with. He was uncommunicative, slow, and impossible to reach at critical times. His office staff was uninformed and made excuses for him. I would recommend not dealing with this law firm.

My personal experience with Tariq Mustafa Muinuddin is that he is utterly incompetent. Such a terrible experience, multiple mistakes and so slow. Just awful.
