I had a deeply concerning experience with this mediator that caused significant emotional harm to both myself and my kids. Throughout the process, she did not demonstrate neutrality or a child-centred approach.
She failed to consider evidence-based information, reinforced dynamics consistent with family violence rather than mitigating them, and produced written materials that were biased and inaccurate, including documents issued long after the relevant period. These documents misrepresented events and undermined the integrity of the process.
Our children were not provided a safe or respectful space to be heard. The mediator asked leading questions, challenged their lived experiences, and appeared to attempt to disprove what they shared rather than listen to or understand them.
Overall, the process with her caused substantial harm rather than resolution. I would not recommend this mediator to families seeking a neutral, trauma-informed, or child-focused mediation experience.

She is expensive but worth it. She tells it like it is but is a really good in court. Highly repespectex by the judge. Obvious she knows what she is doing. She also didn't charge through the nose for every email and call etc. Was reasonable when billing.

Sorry to say but has a personal relationship with Greg Whalen. I respect you but he is just an evil man. Cut your ties with him and we can be friends again.
