This lawyer and his firm claim Disability as a speciality. They should be determimed to be disabled. Because they offer borderline ethics, and near scheister representation. Stay away at all costs everyone. The lawyer never contacted sources for vital evidence when given to him.Because he was fired by me,and all it took was a phone call and i received the records immediately.So that supports my statement of near scheister representation. And he outright mistated facts in a letter He sent to the disability commision in Akron ohio. He claimed he wasnt waiving his fee. He did this in retaliation i beleive becaus i fired him for incompetant representation. And yet he claims excessive efforts as his reasons for still getting paid for doing nothing. He obtained medical records over 3yrs old about my hysterectomy. Almost nothing about my psycological conditions.And no wonder ive been denied. I beleive these to be very unethical actions,just to collect a fee that was never earned.Im very upset
