It was a pleasure working with Ken, I had been looking around for a criminal lawyer and no one gave me the honesty that he did. Though dealing with the law on any accord can be awfully stressful, I slept easy at night knowing I had Mark Byers on my side. There wasn't a time throughout the length of my case that I couldn't call him with any question or concern, and in doing so he would always be able to keep my mind at ease and have the answers for me that I needed. Mark worked countless hours sorting through the never ending paper work of my case assuring he came up with the best defence possible. He was always personable, attentive to my needs, available when I needed him, and consistent when keeping me in the loop. All in all, I have never had a better experience dealing with any lawyer and would recommend Mark on every accord.

Mark is an absolutely amazing person. He explained to me all the procedures and consequences that I have to face in a professional manner. Mark was very helpful and supportive during my case. He helped get my charges withdrawn and was very easy to communicate with in regards to the procedures of getting the charges dropped. Would defenitly recommend him to anyone who needs good legal aid.

Mark was great in every aspect. He was always there when I had questions, always returned my calls when he was busy. And believe me I bothered him a lot! Can’t say anything bad about him or anyone from his office for that matter. I didn’t feel like a number but rather a friend. I would highly recommend him and his legal team!

I found Ken Byers alright but he was only there for my sentencing.I mostly dealt with Mark which was Hell, he outright lied to me giving me false hope and on the day we were dealing with the crown sitting in the conference room he sat there with his body sunken back in the sit with his legs spread apart like a spoiled child.They had my money and just didn’t give a dame.After all this stress I wish I never put my money out .It was taken out of my credit card monthly with a $1000 deposit.If you are looking for someone please save yourself a lot of money and stress, find someone who is going to work for you.Believe me you will sleep better!!!!

Felt like he was truly "in my corner." Worked to get the best-case-scenario for me, treated me with respect, works with a good team. I hope I never need another criminal lawyer, but if I do I know who to call.
