The worst day of my life occurred when I was falsely accused of numerous assaults.
It was a very complicated case with serious consequences should I lose. I was facing time in prison for five crimes I didn't commit and I was beyond terrified.
Mr. Boeve was on my side from the very beginning. He believed in me and my case. He is compassionate, caring, and very reasonably priced. He's extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly how to get the job done. He understood the subtle nuances in my case and he used them well.
Hi is kind and soft-spoken demeaner. However, he was also effective in court.
I was dismissed on all five of my charges because he knew how to build my case, present my case, and present it to the judge with grace and respect.

Edwin is an exceptional lawyer and person. He was very professional and made me remain optimistic about my DUI charge. I was potentially going to loose my job as a Nurse from a mistake that happened in a matter of minutes. There was no people injured or involved in the scene which gave Edwin and myself a bit of hope in this case. Although Edwin never promised that the charge would get dropped he made me feel optimistic about it as I was very distraught. This case dragged on for over a year and a half. It was very longing as I'm sure draining for him. Edwin made me aware of everything that was being said in the court sessions and the potential of it not going in our favor. Edwin was able to helped me get my DUI charge dropped to a careless driving charge. With the strategic knowdlege, studying and the determination to help people who make mistakes, I can say I would recommend Edwin to anyone that needs help in the area of criminal defense.

As of 12th August 2020 I was taken off the charts from having a criminal offence to a provincial offence. Edwin really helped me to gain my future back after being charged with a DUI in October 2019. I trusted him from start to end of my case. From our first interaction, he demonstrated that he was knowledgable and transparent. I am beyond satisfied with the outcome of my case. Edwin works along side Rico Tatangelo who is also another remarkable player. Edwin made me feel comfortable and was very opened/reachable whenever I had questions. Without a doubt I recommend him for anyone who is looking for a great lawyer, who isn't solely transactional. He genuinely cares for his clients. Thanks you so much again! -dBrowne

Edwin is a great lawyer ! I really recommend him because he took care of 3 of my cases and they all got beat ! Thanks to him ... he really fights for you and he is so patient and is really reliable .. even off business hours if I ever had a question I could text him and he’ll always reply in a timely manner ... I told Edwin He will be the first person I call if ever anything else happens in the future and I need him because he truly is a great lawyer thank you so much !

Edwin Boeve is excellent! He is affordable and willing to fight for you !...i had a lawyer previous to him, i was fighting an impared charge,along with over 80, the other lawyer who i wont name told me to forget it and take the criminal charge. I dropped him and tried with Edwin Boeve. He was successful in getting my impaired & over 80 dropped to a careless, I am now thankful that i wont have a CRIMINAL RECORD.!!!
He is always accommodating ! and very caring. I would highly recommend him to anyone fighting an impaired charge... 5 stars

Very fair and reasonable. Would respond quickly to all communication (even late on a Sunday night!) Showed empathy. Very knowledgeable about new policies and when he didn't know an answer- admitted it- and did some research.
