We retained Ken Anders as my son’s lawyer for a D.U.I charge. Having such a knowledgable and devoted lawyer helped put us at ease, as my son’s case was not a straight forward one and required a lawyer with his expertise. Let me tell you, Ken Anders is the real life Saul Goodman. I was facing your garden variety charges and it was my first time, and I had no idea what I was doing. I had shopped for a few different prospects but none of them had the charisma and experience that Ken had, the other lawyers did not even want to discuss going to trial if it potentially came to be. Ken may be blunt but he is straight to the point because hes tough. If you want somebody who is going to beat around the bush then look elsewhere but if you want results with out the frills then Ken Anders is your man. All my charges were dropped, and as they say when the going gets tough you don't want a criminal lawyer, you want a "Criminal" lawyer.

Last summer, a super mean OPP charged me with stunt driving, when I was passing an RV that started to accelerate up a hill. There were cars behind me, and the passing lane was ending. Ken got this charge reduced to speeding 29 km over the posted speed. I have never been so relieved! Ken is tough and will fight for you. Retaining Ken was the best decision I made...he truly delivers results! Thank you so much Ken!

I retained Ken's services after a road traffic accident in February 2017, and couldn't be happier that I did. I was facing some serious charges, including Impaired Driving, but was ultimately only convicted of Failure to Report. Ken is very direct and will always tell it like it is...no sugar-coating is exactly what I, for one, needed! Ken was always responsive to phone calls and met me several times to ensure we were taking the best possible course of action. I was a little concerned that this very hands-on approach would translate into additional fees, but this was never even mentioned. I was recently charged with uttering threats and assault with a weapon. I called Ken and it was the best decision I made. He was honest and upfront the entire time and he always answered my calls and was available any time I needed him. He was successful in getting the charges withdrawn a month and half from the arrest. In the past, Mr. Anders got me out of trouble and essentially saved my life/career. When I was being wrongfully accused of Causing Bodily Harm; with most evidence shown against me, Mr. Anders fought with knowledge of the Criminal Justice system and ultimately got my case aquited. He is tough on cross-examination and puts a lot of thought and devotion into his work. With the handful of lawyers that I came across throughout the GTA, no one treated my case with so much determination and skills as Mr. Anders did. Every night, I would go to sleep comfortably knowing that I am being represented by him. I know how difficult it can be to find a great lawyer; all the stress, time, and money, but I recommend Mr. Anders to any one looking for a Criminal Lawyer or seeking any legal advice. Ken Anders got me out of a traumatic situation that almost ruined my marriage. He was able to get my bail changed on an assault charge that allowed for me to return home, an almost impossible task. He is a tough lawyer who will go above and beyond the call of his duty.

We consulted Ken Anders in December 2015 for a DUI charge and he stood by us through the better part of 2016 and used his knowledge, background and expertise to uncover every angle he could find to have my husbands charges dropped. Ken was very successful in this case. Ken worked around the clock and was there for all our calls and concerns. He kept in touch constantly even if it was to check in and had no updates. I would 1000% recommend Ken. Criminal Law is not easy and uncomfortable in most cases. Most cases are very difficult and the police can assume DUI even if there is no proof at the scene. Ken became like family to us. He never sugar coated anything and was always honest even if it was hard for us to understand. I am forever greatful for his service. Ken Anders is the real deal. The real truth about Ken Anders is he is a very dramatic, very judgemental, mean, rude, bold and greedy crook, who is probably in the beginning stages of having Alzheimer disease. He pretends to hate police sooo much but I know for a fact he WILL sell you out to the cops. On my case he did the worst job ever, STAY CLEAR OF HIM IF U WANT TO STAY CLEAR OF A CRIMINAL RECORD!

I have used Ken on a previous domestic assault charge, he got me a conditional discharge, so I had no record, he was more professional and knowledgeable then the other lawyers I met with. I have used over a dozen lawyers between my business and personal matters and If you want a top notch lawyer he will definitely get the job done right.
