Klein presents well, but should not be advocating for women or children. He invested a lot of time to his political career, but lost. Mid-life crisis for sure. I suffer for entrusting in Steve Klein as we speak, still in courts , working three jobs to supprt my abusive ex. Klein couldnt get any headway the year and half he was my lawyer.

This guy (Steve Klein) turned out to be the greatest nightmare of my life. I am going through a divorce and he couldn't care less about anything to help in any way or form. He comes to the sessions 100% unprepared and unaware of the situation and has let the other party do whatever they want as he stays so quiet about everything. My case is almost over and he has not said a single word to help with my case. On the other hand, he is money charging machine. Imagine, he never talks to you period! not over the phone and nor in person and so far, he has charged me over $10,000 just to start yelling at me in front of the judge and to blame me for the NO JOB that he has done in this case. As another reviewer said, "don't just walk away from this beast, run away from him". That is the best advice I can give to you and God knows I am speaking the truth!

Steven Klein helped us through a messy custody case. I am not sure if these people are talking about the same Steven Klein we dealt with cause he was nothing but outstanding!! Professional, knowledgeable and compassionate, he made the entire process less stressful. Answered all our questions, helped us understand the process and prepared us for what was ahead. Never felt at all neglected or as if we were "just another case" for him. I highly recommend Steven Klein, I will never use another lawyer again!!

I wish that I could give him zero stars for everything. Upon first meeting him, he sounds like a great guy who knows what he’s talking about, until you pay him. He’s all about the money. He has poor communication and is never available. He only communicates though email (which you are charged for) then responds “ok.” He doesn’t show up to court, doesn’t keep you updated with your case and then wants more money. This guy is the worst. The first meeting with him he encouraged to file for emergency custody. He said he needed almost 2k upfront in order to do this. The money was paid and he never filed for emergency custody. He’s slow at filing for everything. Then he “forgot” to tell that proof of paternity needed to be filed along with paperwork... 2 months later. Then when we decided we had enough of his lack of professionalism and desire for more money and decided to get a new lawyer he wanted more money to relieve himself. This dude is a joke!

My ex wife and Steve dragged me through court for years and for so long that I ran out of money and I couldn’t afford an attorney. I was left with no money to represent myself and I went pro se. I had full custody of my kids and was fighting for help and child support. Steve was fighting for no child support payments to me and for my ex to pay nothing for child support. I have a 12th grade education and was able to easily defeat all his frivolous filings and motions. He is incompetent.

Steven Klein is a bad attorney. He doesn't return calls. He doesn't keep you updated on your case. You have to call him don't wait for him to call you. When you call you will never get him. He overcharged and under delivered. He is a joke of an attorney. He is inappropriate and will say and do anything to get you to retain him but then you will never hear from him again. Worst experience and most unprofessional attorney ever. Do not hire this guy.

Let's begin with a great sale pitch and what you get is a lemon, so to speak. Super unprofessional, ill prepared, rude, and disrespectful. Do not expect them to fight for you; if it's not easy- meaning you don't give in to a proposal- they will misrepresent you in court. They will even side with the opposing lawyer, as I eavesdropped on a conversation between council. They have no integrity. Do not expect calls/emails returned for weeks at a time. Do expect to figure the majority of your case- defense on your own, foot work etc while you are still paying a pretty penny. I could say more but there isn't enough space. Do not go with this firm. Do not spend your hard earned money on a mediocre attorney. Do not choose this person.
