As these other people have said. Run and find someone else. My ex wife passed away and her husband at that time is caring for my son. Well let's hope he is. But I was told because I live out of state and that their is a warrant in Caldwell county that he would need $5,000 up front to start my case and help me squash my warrant and to also get custody of my son and this man after being paid has not done one thing. Not made any phone calls nothing. I bet if you asked him who I was he would not know. It has been over a year and because I spent my savings with him I feel stuck. He is a horable person. He will not return any of my phone calls nothing. I feel so helpless. I pay my child support on time all my bills on time. This is ridiculous.

Run...... don't waist your money or time. He represented me on my divorce but only represented me on paper. He is very timid, does not argue, let other attorney run all over him. I've never gotten my divorce decree I had to go to court house to get my own copy. They never hesitated to call to collect money. Before my mediation i requested to have a sit down but his staff just told me that it would be more money to do that. How can you represent me if you don't even know what I want!! I felt his representation was piss poor and never had the time to sit and talk to me was a vital clue when I should have gone to somewhere else. Don't Do It.......

I hired Marco to work on my divorce and it has been the worst customer experience. He took advantage on my running against the clock during end-December time frame in order to ask for a very high cash Retainer. He does not reply to my emails or calls and when he can not avoid them anymore, he limits his answers to "it's a standard process/language". It is after 8 months that he has not been able to see my kids even when I have been doing everything I have been asked (pay child support, spouse alimony, therapy). He even seem to be working with my wife's interests instead of mine. For instance, the alimony is something he said it was standard, during the same day I had a hearing at court. It was until later that I found it is not standard since my wife is a university graduated in IT, and she can not claim she can not a way to cover for her basic needs.
