My rating of Ms Nieckarz says it all. I was extremely satisfied in all regards. She took a sincere interest in me and my case. Given the emotional nature of the case I found Ms. Nieckarz' knowledge of the law and calm demeanor comforting and reassuring. It was apparent to me during a court mediation session that the judge also recognized her professionalism and appreciated her measured and objective approach. These qualities were further heightened by the opposing counsel's over the top bombastic approach which clearly was not welcomed by the judge. Ms Nieckarz was sincerely interested in finding non litigious solutions rather than fueling an ongoing battle of words between counsels. Ultimately we were successful in finding a non litigious solution satisfactory to all thus avoiding considerable additional costs and unnecessary and continuing stress I gave tenacity a 3 as I do not believe the word fits here. She is focused, determined, detailed but not over the top aggressive.
