Rod did my divorce and property settlement. He was knowledgeable and to the point. He was honest and blunt to help me understand it was better to see it's not always "what you think you deserve" but what is your time and health worth. I appreciate that he is not everyone's cup of tea, but he did what he promised and was amazing at his job. I kind of appreciate that he talks to clients where they are at instead of using all the legal terms.

This moron assumed I knew all about the legal system, terminology and so forth. He told me that others lawyers “want to ask me questions, as it is their right.” Never never ever did he use the term cross examined or even explained this to me. I was totally caught off guard and it went horrible. He is a slob for starters and he knew this was my first legal battle, unaware of things and needing a lawyer who could really explain things to me he did the exact opposite. Wanting me to answer to undertakings he’s had for Eight months…today, last lawyer sent documents unlawfully and told me that I could have a good lawsuit about it. Not mentioning anything else other than that. This unprofessional moron actually had the nerve of taking 33% of my settlement and sending me a this is my final email to you note. Also without completing what the others lawyers asked “us”to do before it’s all over. Ended up bias as I had problems with a certain nationality, only to find out he is married to one.

Do not use this lawyer- he is very unprofessional and lazy. He does not represent his clients and comes to court unprepared. I was even yelled at by the judge for being in the wrong courtroom - as advise by this clown of a lawyer. Rod was not aware the reasons I was been charged for and did not have material to defend me either. After 6 months and thousands of dollars in fees Rod got me further behind with even more issues to deal with now. I finally decided to seek out another lawyer and within two weeks I had finally had my child in my home. I felt that I did not have to give Rod the remaining 25% of my fees because of the lack of work he demonstrated. I went to court to explain the reason I was not paying him and then Rod turns around and garnishes my wages. Nice!!! Do not use this tool of a man for any services. Pathetic!!!!

Rod is a great divorce and family lawyer! When me and my old lady were having troubles, Rod provided me info, choices and got me full custody of my kids when my drug addict wife couldn't be trusted anymore. If your having marriage/family issues, go see Rod aka Chuck, hes awesome!

This be the lawyer whom I gots for all my cases. He even come to the jail to get my side! You know this brother is on your side. He even saw me at the hospital after the beating I got from the guards. He feels your pain.
