This lawyer does not represent his clients properly in court. He won't fight to win and therefore the representation is poor. Found that he caves in and will let the Prosecutor get away with everything. It appears that he pretends to know more than he really does about Law and that places a client in jeopardy of being convicted. Find another Lawyer otherwise you run the risk of losing your case with an extensive bill owed to him.
