I hired Whaley when my sister stole my father's estate. She made representations she did not live up to or honour. She didn't follow some of my more important instructions. After quoting approximately $20,000 for an order for directions, she charged me $35,000. In one day she doubled it to $70,000 claiming they forgot to add these figures in earlier. $10,000 per month for this case was predatory billing. What I find more concerning is that when I first looked Whaley up on this site, sadly after I was done with her, she had a rating of 2 to 3 with 4 to 6 reviews all negative, including mine. Somehow those negative reviews disappeared to be replaced by three perfect ratings that certainly don't reflect my experience and the experience of the other negative reviews that were once on this site.

Kimberley is an outstanding lawyer. I hired her and her associate to help resolve a terrible Elder Abuse situation at the hands of our brother. Kim was compassjonate and connected with the community and resources we needed. I would recommend her to anyone in the same situation.

Kimberly saved my share of the estate from other members of a greedy family . she was very kind ,dedicated alway there when I needed her could not ask for a finer person. She saved my estate.
