Great lawyer and mediator! No nonsense, she listens and knows her stuff. She works for you! While she was at Epstein Cole she negotiated an excellent Legal Separation Agreement for me. She has since left and is now a Mediator. I call her occasionally for legal advice and she is always forthcoming. When I was in a crisis, she took me in hand and supported me throughout. This is a moral and upstanding person... can't get anyone better!

Always tried to help us negotiate a fair settlement as amicably as possible. We ended up saving a great deal of money through mediation with her. Many thanks to Daniella.

This is not a very good or smart lawyer, more of a paper pusher and fee generator. She spent more $ negotiating an agreement than the $ received under the agreement. Since the agreement was short term, she wanted to renegotiate a new one a few months later. Good for the firm, but bad for the client. Does not take direction or criticism well - like a lot of firms, much promised and little delivered.
