Mark got this sordid Estate file disproportionately gutted by legal fees from a ptnr in his firm. He lacked professionalism, courtesy & civility. He stoked litigation despite a +22 hr. mediation which was supposed to have settled it, bringing a surprise motion and refusing to adjourn it for medical reasons and instructing a process server to lurk outside the house of his client's sister (the T'tee) to serve her, even tho she was on the record. He refused to try to resolve his issue in any other way, even reconvening the mediator. When told that his client's niece had a brain injury and needed time, he ignored it and worst of all and incomprehensibly, when she tragically and unexpectedly died, he reneged on matters previously agreed to, including the repayment of the T'tee's personal funds she had lent the Estate to keep it solvent, which she needed for her daughter's funeral.He then tried to reduce the other amounts that she had expended--the most horrific conduct one could imagine
