I hired Knox & Belcher to advise & help me with an Ex Parte for my grandson. Kristal Knox is never available to talk to. Kristal barely answers your emails. Kristal is evasive when asking for legal advise on your case. You might as well use GOOGLE, it's free & answers your legal questions & even directs you on what to do next. I never received any of that from Knox & Belcher. The lack of communication & response should be questioned by the Bar Association as Knox & Belcher are all about getting a retaining fee from you but do nothing with your case after that. You are literally on your own to do what your hired Knox & Belcher to do. Trust & Believe this is NOT the Legal Team you Need to handle any legal matters.

Divorce is hard enough without worrying about whether your lawyer has your best interest in mind. I had no doubt with Allison Belcher and the Law Office of Knox and Belcher. I had previously hired another lawyer with less than optimal results. I decided to go with previous recommendations and call to retain Allison. It was the best decision I made this entire divorce. Within a week, she was able to get me what the previous lawyer could not for 6 months. In addition to all of that, her retainer fee and policies were the fairest I had come across. In my mind, the Law Office of Knox and Belcher Is the only choice for your family law needs.While I hope to never have a need for her services again, if I do, she'll be the first call I make.

Kristal is extremely detail oriented, listens to your concerns and gives you one on one attention when it is your turn. Kristal presents herself in court with quick responses and picks up on details to counter opposing responses at times catching them off guard. She is impeccable with details. I highly recommend Kristal for cases with children as in my case, she is their biggest advocate. I would say that her staff is extremely knowledgeable and supportive as well. Kristal is extremely forthcoming with what she feels is in your best interest so be prepared to hear what she has to say.

She will not blame you. She will work tirelessly, and she will not rest until she knows in her heart of hearts that she’s done every single thing she can do to gain protection, safety, and stability for you and your children.
I retained Ms. Knox back when she worked for her old law firm. Immediately, I clicked with her. I could see it in her eyes that while my case was going to be a big uphill battle and the chances of winning it were extremely slim (relocating 4 minor children out of state, as a stay at home mother with no income); she believed in what was morally right and just versus what would give her the most billable hours or number of case “wins”.

Kristal Knox saved my life by getting me shared custody, and the 50/50 time sharing with my children after having several FALSE allegation filed by my kids mother to children and families to gain the upper hand in the custody case. Kristal saw through the lies, and saved my family. It's sad when the system fails you and the State Attorney can't prove a person is lying with all the guilty evidence. But at least during the DVI case Krystal Knox proved without a reasonable doubt that person DID commit the crime. If I could roll back time I would put Kristal on the prosecution team to teach them how it's done. Phenomenal job by Kristal Knox! I WILL rehire Kristal Knox again when I need to renew my DVI Case.

Kristal Knox is very knowledgeable and experienced in her work. She was able to fix the issues I had been dealing with for over 5 years. Not only was she able to fix the mistakes that had been made in the past with child support in my case, but she was also able to regain me the custody to my child.
