It is truly a great relief to see that this Judge cannot practice his Kangaroo court justice anymore. Many people are very happy that he is gone forever.

Justice Stevens is a true asset to our justice systems, and as a former Attorney-General and MLA, a true Alberta patriot. He is a judge that is impartial and fair and in family law cases, avoids the typical bias in favour of the mother that is systemic in our judicial system despite the law stipulating that there should be no assumption in favour of one gender over the other in regards to parenting. Grade: A+++

The previous rating is very true, Justice Stevens is known for poor behavior in a court room and should be disbarred.He normally violates the human rights of his clients and believes that he is 'GOD'. If he presides over your case, be prepared for a disaster in the name of the law.

Justice Stevens is a disgrace to the legal system in Alberta. He presided over my divorce case and passed judgement without even reading the affidavits that related to the case. He ignored my terminal cancer diagnosis and forced me from my home because he 'wanted to go home' soon. In my books this judge runs a kangaroo court.
