Not prepared for court...delays..costs clients unnecessary amounts of money

She went to court and was never prepared...costing alot of money and court time. She still hasn't dealt with my pension settlement and she has been ordered twice to hand over the papers.

She promised me everything and provided me with nothing. Karen ended up charging me double what she had quoted me and I'm still not sure what for. You would think that a divorce family lawyer would know and or have work ethic to ensure that when they are proceeding with a divorce that they would be sure to have all relevant papers necessary at the appropriate times. Due to her lack of such knowledge I am still waiting for my pension papers to be signed which has now cost me $5000 for it just sitting and not doing anything. Does she really expect that my ex-husband will pay to see a lawyer to sign over my pension to me? How ridiculous but due to her carelessness that's exactly what I'm dealing with now. She should have known to have the right papers ready at the right time!!!! NOT worth her fees and time
