One of the worst decisions of my life was to hire Robert Evans. He dragged out the case for over 2 years & drained over $70,000 in fees from me and at the end dropped my case 1 moths before the hearing. Do yourself a favor and don’t believe some of the positive reviews here or on Google. He is so lazy and uninterested that he wouldn’t effectively provide counsel you.

Please stay away from this firm. They are only concerned about money and don't care whether you win or lose. They will bill you for EVERYTHING, every email, phone call, etc. I was billed for emails to set up appointment times, and phone conversations while he was in her car driving to/from work. After 2 years of legal advice from Robert Evans, he gave me the impression that he was aggressive and would fight for my case (child custody). We went to Arbitration instead of court. Early on in the process he told me he was too busy with other case files that were more important and assigned a less-experienced lawyer to my file. I lost my case (after giving her firm almost $100,000 over the course of 2 years). Numerous times he threatened to "close the file" if I didn't pay him immediately. Terrible experience.

Worst lawyer ever...don't believe previous hyped reviews. They were surely planted. Made huge mistakes on my file, overcharged and purposely made extra work to bill me for. I finally put a stop to it and fired him after of course doing thorough research regarding the advice he had given me...which were outright lies. He would BS his way through a cardboard box if he was given the opportunity.

This lawyer is very pleasant to work with. He is able to clearly articulate both sides of a dispute, which I found to be very helpful.

Robert advised and assisted me to work through a mediation process to get a separation agreement in place. The first couple hours spent with him were effective in gathering all of the information he needed to help me understand what position and leverage I had before going into mediation. I highly recommend his services.

Robert helped me work through my separation agreement / divorce. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. This was my first interaction with a lawyer and Robert made me feel at ease and was a pleasure to work with. Robert made sure my separation agreement was fair and ensured my understanding of the entire agreement. I couldn't be happier with his services and would recommend him to anyone who needs help with divorce / family law issues.

I was referred to Robert by my employee benefit program for a minor real estate settlement due to a separation, he definitely did not make me feel that my case was not worth it, he listened, replied my emails and phone calls and provided me advice. He took the time to reviewed my documents and made me feel more confident and less threaten than before I met him. It is very intimating to meet with lawyer but I felt comfortable and not jugdged. Highly recommend Robert!
