From what I understand the motto in this office is ask the most you can possibly ask and don’t settle From a $200,000 settlement he charge $205,000. How can a lawyer get more than the person who received the settlement. No lawyer should be making more than a 25% of what a person receives. If this was put in place regarding family law far more court time would be wasted and far far less time would be wasted getting settlements the court system needs to change because this is absolutely insane. I don’t care who the lawers are and that the courts support this is absolute robbery, shame on all of you there is no justice in the legal system he is it absolute rip off.

I can agree with what was said previously. Sloppy lawyer. Didn't deliver on any of his promises. Charged tens of thousands of dollars for a simple short procedure. Will go after your house if you don't pay immediately plus interest. Horrible experience but I know there are hard working lawyers in the city. It's a shame he gives the profession such a bad name.

I found Mark and his staff to be very knowledgable and respectable throughout the process. I was always reminded that I make the decisions, he provides options and follows through with my instructions. He has been more than fair with fees that I was charged. I have no complaints at all. I highly recommend Mark to everyone I know who is going through a divorce. Very respectable and respectful.

Sloppy lawyering, normally takes a long time to answer a question (sometimes weeks). Promises the world in an initial interview & then loses interest. He is nowhere to be found when needed the most which eventually results in losing the case. However when payment is due he will charge you extra with interest & will go after your house if needed to be paid for services not rendered. His ego walks before him. If you hire him watch your wallet & your house.
