Alan and his cohort in crime Debbie are crooks. He is knowledgable..so knowledgeable he knows exactly how to screw you. After finalizing my divorce for $50K in costs my ex re-opened it 3 years later. Alan deliberately, I am convinced set up our agreement to extract round two money from me. I found a new lawyer. Alan is a dishonest lawyer out to rob you of every cent he can extract. Lied and mislead me. Told me I'd not have to pay spousal which after the fact I learned was never possible to begin with. Rang up enormous and unnecessary costs. He represented me 15 years ago and I still cannot get past his dishonesty. Family Law is a rat trap to begin with but this is the biggest rat in the business. My second run thru the gauntlet I found a good lawyer and have slept well ever since.
