This lawyer is very unprofessional. He refuses to speak with clients when he is in the wrong. He failed to submit papers to the court and as a result our case was dismissed and we have to start back at square one with a new attorney. Would NOT recommend!

Sean is a great listener and communicator. I have used Sean over and over again and find him to be extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. He is and honorable man in a field not known for it. The negative post must be disgruntled opponents in his way..

This lawyer was retained and did not file a application in court for 4 months and took 6 months to get our first court date. His communication is horrible and his work sub par. I have never received a bill for services or any promised money back for retainer that was given. Hired a new lawyer. Needed to file a complaint with the upper law society and he also refuses to respond to them. Don’t waste your time or money.

I used Sean Seaton to advise my client on some estate issues and found him to be extremely competent. I also used him on another occasion to help a client with real estate issues involving a partnership dissolution. He was extremely competent and was aware of an obscure ruling that would allow my client to resolve the issue.

I used this man for my fathers estate. I was the executor. He did not complete the paper work, did not inform me that he had turned my case over to another lawyer in the firm. I had to finish the paper work by myself and was not given all the money due to me.
