Jo Failed to Protect my son's job when she Failed to provide the company's attorney with required documents to prove our case. The company attorney gave her and her boss 3 opportunities to provide the documents and they still neglected to send them. The odds were in our favor. Jo and her boss Brian Spitz gave his company the case on a Silver Platter. They tried to cover up their incompetence by blaming us.They refuse to acknowledge their Wrong Doing Very Cowardly.. Instead of Protecting his job, this so-called Employment Law Firm cost him his job.
